Do you warranty your parts and labor?
Yes, we warranty everything for 1 year. Please check out our warranty page for more information.


Do you repair the iPhone 2G (Silver back with black bottom)?

No, we do not repair the iPhone 2G.

Do I need to take out the sim card?


You can if you have another phone you would like to put it in while you wait for your device to get repaired. We have no use for the sim card, so please keep it if you like.

Do you repair water damaged phones?

Yes, if it turns on but you do not see a picture, will not charge, ear piece doesn't transmit, volume buttons or power buttons do not work.  If the logic board is water damaged there is a very poor chance of bringing your phone back to life.

What if I can't wait?
Just let us know when you'd like pick it up.  Or we'll deliver it to you!  Ask about our delivery service.  You drop it off and we deliver it back to you.  Some delivery rates apply.

Where are you located?
We are located in Blue Grass, IA.

Do you have a physical location?
No.  We do not have a physical location, and that is great news for you!  It allows us to keep our prices low and still provide you with the best quality parts and services available. Our repairs are done on your time, where you want, when you want.

Delivery

Can you really deliver my phone to me?
Yes!  It's true.  For local repairs only, we will deliver your phone to the place of your choice.  A delivery charge will apply and times will vary.

What is the delivery charge?
The minimum delivery charge is $10.00.  Delivery charge will be determined by distance delivered.

Shipping

How should I ship my broken iPhone to you?  
Shipping your device to us is solely your responsibility. We cover the return shipping so you do not have to worry about that. Our return shipping is ALWAYS insured.

Do you request a signature when you ship it back?  
No, we would have too many returned packages if we sent everything with a signature. It has proved to be more of an inconvenience for the both of us.  If you would like a signature for delivery, please request that in your order.

Do you ship International?  
No.

How much time does it take to ship my repaired iPhone?
  
If we have your repair parts in stock, you will have your phone shipped back to you in 24 hours.

Is my device insured when shipped?  
Yes, for current market price.
 

Does the free shipping cover both ways?  

No.  We provide the return shipping, but you must ship your iPhone to us at your own expense. The least expensive way to do this is through the USPS.

Can we have the repaired device shipped to a different address other than the billing address?  
Yes, Please specify this at checkout in the shipping address box. 

 

Order Status

Has my order shipped? 
We will send you an e-mail when we ship it back to you. This will contain the tracking number from FedEx, UPS or USPS.  Rest assured, you’ll be able to keep track of your package the entire way.

How do I track my order?  
We will provide you with tracking information as soon as we have it available to us.

Will I know when you receive the device, repair it, and ship it?  
You will receive an email from us when we receive your iPhone, when we repair the broken iPhone and when we ship the device. 
 

Pricing and Billing

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all forms of credit cards through PayPal.

Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, and we are PayPal verified and have completed many transactions.

Do you store our credit card information?

No. We have opted out of that option with our merchant to provide a more comfortable experience for you.

Do you share our personal information?

No. We do not share personal information with anyone.

Do you accept Cashier's Check or Money Order?

No.

Do I have to pay sales tax?   

No.  The internet is great thing.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice, how do I get it? 

After you complete your purchase a receipt/invoice will be sent to the email address that you have provided during checkout. If you lose this email just contact us and we will gladly provide you a new copy.

When will my credit card be charged?  

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of checkout.
